• Evidence of fraud, bonus abuse, or system manipulation.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (12 months or more).

For a standard account closure, users can submit a request through support. Any valid balance will be made available for withdrawal.

11Limitation of Liability

1999bd accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• A missed bet due to loss of internet connectivity or a technical issue on the part of a third-party provider.
• If a transaction fails due to user error — such as an incorrect account number or wrong amount.
